Bow's are really good for your back, and for your thighs any exercise in which you are squeezing them together as you are exerting.

side notes, if you want a good look, you should also work your obliques to accentuate your back and your hamstrings and calves to accentuate your legs.

for toning your muscles you're gonna wanna do 3 or 4 sets of 15 reps for any muscles you are doing. all but the last set should be the same weight and the last one should have an aproximately 110%-125% increase

For the back try doing "Supermans" those are done by laying on the floor with your hands straight out in front of you and lifting both your legs and arms at the same time. For your thighs, squats are definitely the thing to do.
