well lets look at it this way if you were traveling right behind me and a hose clamp broke and my whole axle came right into your windshield and will see if you live... now tell me that its perfectly fine for a dealer to sell such a thing theres got to be some kind of law that forbids this

Find out what the Lemon Law is in Utah. Sounds like you need to go back to the manufacturer.'

You bought a modified truck "AS-IS". Did you have the truck checked out by your own qualified mechanic prior to purchase? Did you even look under the truck that you were going to spend $26,000.00 for before spending that kind of money!!

The dealer sold you a vehicle. You bought this vehicle in the condition it was in. Unless you can prove fraud, or that the dealer did the lifting themselves and did it incorrectly, you will have to pay for any additional modifications or repairs yourself.

There is no lemon law applicable here. The truck was modified from factory specifications (lifted) which is not the fault of the manufacturer

Sorry!!

oh yeah...Contact your local ADA. If he knew about it and you got in a wreck and killed someone he could be guilty of vehicular manslaughter.
