This guy that's smiled at me before and said hello once. Sometimes just looks at me now, for like 2 seconds no smile and the walks on doesn't say hello. Today I had a low cut shirt on. I was kind of bending a little to get something out of my purse. I saw him go by and he totally turned he head while walking with this guy and just stared at my chest. Do you think he would look at anyone in this situation? And no I wasn't doing this on purpose. I hardly ever wear low cut shirts. And I'm not huge I guess you could say I'm just a decent size.

As a male I would have to say that yes guys will look at any girls chest if she is revealing it in a low cut shirt. And do I think he will look at others also showing off some cleavage. Well I'll guarantee he will.

I was riding on the bus with my youngest daughter. I had my 34D breasts confined in a well-fitting front closure bra. And I was wearing a black silk shirt over top, with the button open to the top of the chest (just where the cleavage began). But sitting on the bus made the shirt gape a bit more than usual, so I was showing most of my cleavage as I sat there. I was talking to my daughter (who was 20 at the time) when I noticed her glaring above me. I turned to look to see what she was glaring at and found a 16 year old guy hanging right out over top of my head, so he could see right down my shirt. My daughter said "If you drip one DROP of saliva down my Mom's shirt, you'll never drip from that weenie hose of yours again!" I couldn't help it...I started to laugh. It took 10 seconds for the kid to push his way off the packed bus. The Hot Momma remarks took a few minutes to subside.
So, yeah, they're wired that way.
By the way, I was 26 when I gave birth to that daughter.

Yes most guys are perverted and want to look at girls chests when there wearing anything between a bikini and a low cut shirt but just dont let it bother you if he wants to look at your chest fine but its not your problem if he does.

I believe almost any guy will look at a gal with low cut shirts or blouses on. I know that I would. That's just the way we are made up , I guess.

Most men just love breasts. I get the same reactions as well when i wear low cut tops.
It may be that they think you are 'easier' if you shows of the girls. But in general, guys just love boobs. I have yet to meet one that isn't completely mesmerized by them. There are many studies about why men are attracted to them... hormonal things, etc. Do a search on the web.
To be perfectly honest, i as a women check out girls when there boobs are hanging out. Breasts are sexy. (as long as they aren't bouncin' off your knees or so fake they sit on your shoulders)

My guess is because you want guys to look.

Well, Low-cuts do show off your....boobs. So I guess we are like, "Wow, those are nice." It's just a reaction we can;t control.
