Ever since I could remember I always had confedence issues. I think that I'm over weight, not smart, and not good enough for anybody. I hate durring class when the teacher make you answer something, it feels like everyone is staring at me like I did something worng then I mess up my words and say what I don't want to. My friends come up to me and say that I'm depressed and should go see a doctor, but I don't talk to my mom a lot so asking her if I could go see a doctor would be alittle odd. It seems like no one will leave me alone also. Everyone seems anoying also. Do I have depression and how should I convince my mom to go see a doctor about it. Or I don't and could anyone give me advice for confednce.

Don't see a doctor, they won't do you any good. And don't take drugs, legal or otherwise. Don't care what anyone thinks about you. Try to do the best you can in school. Study really hard, just to prove to yourself you can get good grades. Try to get all A's. Don't think about how unlucky you are. Be happy you weren't born blind and deaf with a club foot. If you really are fat, stop eating so much.

Well you're not the only one out here suffering from confedence issues. I've also been the one who hated the attention and in class would hide in the back of the class room to be ignored, when l had to speak infront the class, l would stutter and talk too fast and mess up the whole thing. My friends also say l'm depressed, reserved and a snob cause l don't talk to people. I havent spoken to my mum about this as we don't get along so l go to the doctor alone. He is somewhat caring but more so annoyed. I take too many pills to numb the pain and l slash my wrists to feel something. You are only as depressed as you feel. Do not let anyone say your're depressed if you're only a little shy.

Tell your mother that you don't feel well and would like to see a psychiatrist. She is your mother and should understand. It's best to seek help from those who understand these situations best. The people out here are not doctors and could give you advice, but not the help you need. You are a beautiful person and are great! Don't listen to what other people think.

It would be good for you to talk things out with a doctor, so you don't have to bottle up some things. Maybe explaining your feelings to your mom when asking her to see a doctor will bring you two closer.

We all have our flaws and insecurites. We really just need to stop picking on ourselves and focus on the good qualities that we do possess.

Best of luck to you and I hope you can deal with your depression.

there is nothing wrong with you, even though you may be depressed. it may take you a lifetime but you need to learn to love yourself the way you are. if others ridicule you then they have a problem and are trying to make themselves feel better by making you feel bad. try your school guidence counseler, you dont have to tell them any specifics just ask them where you might be able to go for help or for someone to talk to. hope this helps, and put your head up you diserve to be looked in the eye not looked down on.

Seeing a psychologist could be very helpful for you. I'm afraid I don't know any way of convincing one's mother other than to honestly and plainly lay it out for her just like you did here. If she tries to brush you off you need to insist. The questions you are asking are the kinds of questions these doctor's go to school for years and years for, they can help

well shape up look in the mirror and say you are amazing you are one of a kind. there is noone else like you out there. you are the only one person who can give yourself confidence. ppl pick on you let them they will end up being poor and unemployed but you have the expertise to make something of yourself. you are a very special person. very unique all you have to do is believe in yourself. never stop beliving in yourself cause if you do you are a nobody but as long as you live beliving you are someone then you will become someone. never stop beliving in yourself. you are special
