Good math skills help everything, it seems, but the Air Force, like all the services, needs all skills from cooks to pilots.
A test shortly after entering will pretty much decide where they want to send you after basic training.
If you have demonstrated skills in one field and want to continue, you might be able to, but all services will put you where THEY want you to be.
