I guess the best one ever used on me was... He said, " I'm going to go home with so many regrets if I don't at least say hi to you,and introduce myself." Which was just a polite introduction,...NOT a thick line! I hate those!!!!!!!
The worst was, ....His last name was Davis, He said, "Excuse me, do you have any Davis *in you*? " Then he added,..."Would you like to have?" YUCK!

ill tell you the worst first i went to pay for gas and i had somebody approach me and said i lost my phone number can i have yours, and the best pickup line i had i was getting a tattoo and the tattooist asked me out and gave me a free tattoo.

best was when a cop stopped and told me I should be arrested, I asked why freaking out and he said for stealing my heart. Lamest was when some dude asked me are you tired I responded no why do you ask and he said cuz you have been running through my mind.
