Iverhart Plus Blue Heartworm Pills?

Has anyone heard of Iverhart Plus Blue heartworm pills? My vet is now carrying this brand and I'm concerned because my dog weighs 4 lbs and this medicine is for 0-25 pounds. Seems like a big weight difference!

It is fine. They all work like that. The large are for 50-100 pounds. If the dog weighs 51 pounds, it gets the whole pill.

It is okay to use on a four pound dog, but it is often easier to use Interceptor for dogs that small because the tablet is tiny.
