I would hope it is retired as it belonged to Officer Brent Wisdom whom on Sept 2,1992 was killed in the line of duty helping a stranded female motorist at 4200 South Frwy, South bound exit ramp leading to Seminary Dr. I will never forget witnessing this tragic event. Brent, I still think about you all the time. Your 46 partner and fellow classmate (#83 who was waiting for you in the mall parking lot to clear that call so we could go eat. Rest in peace.
