When I was little I ate mustard and mayo sandwiches. My mom saved a ton of $ on lunchmeat. Now I generally go without mustard, unless I am having a veggie sand from Subway, then I need some.

It depends on what kind of sandwich it is. Always mustard (preferably Dijon) and mayo on a ham sandwich. Absolutely no mustard on tuna or chicken.
