If you get it from Canada, it could be seized by the Dept. of Homeland Security. I ordered my allergy medicine (Zyrtec) and they seized it! Then Canada Pharmacy just sent it to me in an unmarked package.

Avoid anything from Pakistan or Mexico, you don't know what you're getting.

Some of it depends on what you are doing. If you have a prescription for prescription medication, you can order it legally on the Internet.

Otherwise it is illegal. Many people order illegal prescriptions, but there is no guarantee that it is going to be of the same quality as medicine you buy in a pharmacy. Companies that fill illegal prescriptions know that they are doing something illegal and are in it for the money. The government tends to go after these companies and not the patient, but the government probably then has your name from a computer file.

Many people are concerned about ordering from other countries. Supposedly when you come back from a foreign country you are allowed to bring in 30 days worth of prescription medication. The law probably doesn't allow you to bring in 30 days worth of prescription medication when you haven't left our country. If you do order, it would be best to order medications that are not highly controlled. Maybe order Penicillin but not Oxycontin. Customs may be more likely to let antibiotics go through.

there is a good chance you wouldnt actually get the medicine you ordered. Even if you did order it from Canada. If I was you I would look into local public health clinics, which may be able to offer you cheap or free medical services.

eek yes!!! But please dont. You cant verify if what you are getting is really a medicine...Beside it being cheaper I would rather keep my peace of mind. Most meds are available online and sometimes you dont need a prescription. It is only illegal if you were to get something like painkillers and those kinds of medicines. But would you really want to purchase a presciption for a medicine when you dont actually see a dr??Sounds dangerous.
