as far as i know no, my cooking teacher also told me it wasn't possible. i once tried mixing it with butter and battering it with the regular milk and it didn't work. You need heavy cream

No you can't. You must use cream..heavy cream. The only way you can make a kind of whipped topping is to use a Bamix with skim milk, but you have to have that tool with it's appropriate mixing wheel.

No, milk won't whip, it has to be heavy cream. It's the fat in the cream that makes it solidify and holds the air that gets incorproated.

No.Theres something that makes that whipped cream stay together.Not sure but I know that regular milk and or skim milk WILL NOT work!
