We've been together for 2 years and so this whole not being able to talk to eachother isn't new to me because it happened a few months after we started to go out but that 4 months in to our relationship and now it has been 2 years we've been dating. What would you do if you couldn't talk for a little bit and this not being allowed to talk thing isn't new to the relationship what would you do?

That would depend on how long he was grounded for. If it is for a long time and you get on well with his parents then try reasoning with them to let you speak with him at certain times.
If not then just get on with life until he is not grounded anymore, if your relationship is strong enough it will be ok and like they say, absence makes the heart grow finder. he'll be back.

find a way to talk, do anything, but if that doesnt work just be patient, that would be lame to break up with him after 2 yrs cuz he got grounded

email, txt, chat, get someone else to call and when he picks up switch it so I could talk to him. What would work the best is to get him a visa so he can leave Iran. You need to sneak his as.s into sweet American freedom.

If you're used to it, what's the problem? Wait until he is off restriction. If it annoys you, find a new boyfriend.

act like a mature adult and waite it out and your parents will see that you have made a sacrifice and wise decision and may trust you both more in the future....
