If anything it could be helpful for burning more calories because it accelerates the metabolism, the heart rate goes up and so on. all of that requires more energy. So - if you don't eat more then this is taken from your body fat. Hence - caffeine could be supportive for dieting.

But the effect is probably little.

Anything with caffeine in it makes you retain water, so yes its bad for being on a diet!!!!

My dr. told me it makes you more hungry. To stay away from it when dieting.

I don't know..if it is good or not..but it's bad for your body coz it causes cellulite!!
