Elmo, your question isn't very clear.
How could God be angry about the Way to Eternal Life? He made the way...the Stairway to Heaven is believing in Jesus Christ.
On the other hand...because your question sounds ominous, are you talking about suicide? No. God wouldn't be angry. He would be very, very sad. So would a lot of other people. Don't do it if that's what you are thinking.

Assuming you, and only you lived the eternal life, it might not be all it's pumped up to be.
Would you like living on watching the love of your life growing old and deteriorating? How many times would you like to go through that?
How about watching not only your children grow old and die, and your grand children, and your great grand children...ad infinitum?
How about watching the world around you change, possibly into something you definitely would not like?
You would have to learn an entirely new way to store long term memories. How would you like to go stomping around your house, looking for a book you were reading only to realize the last time you touched it was 200 years ago?
No, God wouldn't be angry. Instead He would probably let you stew in your own juices.

The Way to everlasting life is found in the Bible. Though Jesus it will happen for those that have faith.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Down load your mind into a cybernetic humanoid assault system, with a wireless up link so if your cybernetic body is destroyed you can be automatically down loaded into a mainframe somewhere, then all you would have to do is upload into another cybernetic humanoid assault system. It's as easy as that. Trust me, God won't be mad, he wouldn't do a damn thing about it.

From what he sounds like in the Bible, he's always angry about everything anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much about pissing him off - anything you do or don't do will piss him off!
