Keep in mind, God won't be involved in any supervision when Jesus returns. He will most likely be off creating something, perhaps another world like ours with life! Is the question a mystery or is it answerable?

Actually God will be greatly involved.
Jesus sits on the right hand of God. Acts 2:33-34; 1 Pet 3:22
Dan. 7:18, Rev 5:9, 10; shows Jesus has co-rulers
Rev 14: 1-3 says they are the 144,000 who sing the new song (Rev. 5:9,10)
Rev 7:1-8 says that the 144,000 are spiritual Israelites. Gal.6: 15, 16
This list is different than the 12 sons of Israel (Genesis). and different for the nation of Israel (book of Numbers)
At the end of the 1000 yrs, Jesus then turns over the Kingdom to his Father.
1 Cor 15:20-28
So in the New Age, Jehovah God will rule for eternity.

this is a difficult question answer without bringing your beliefs into question, which is rude in most cases, so im gonna have to say no one, because humans are the personification of sin.
