My clothes feel heaps loser and people tell me I am thiner but why do my scales say differently.

Because when you exercise you are building strength in your muscles and muscle weighs more than fat. But eventually the muscle will burn more calories and burn that fat right up!

So you r body is probably toned up nicely and has not changed a lot in weight. I would however really check the scale, 5 kilos more is a bit too much - unless you built muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

you have been gaining muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, if you're trying to lose weight, or rather look thinner, don't look at the scale for a while, just how your clothes fit

That's just muscle, don't keep track of how much weight you loose keep track of how many inches you loose. It's good to wrap a piece of tape around your waste to measure it and stick it to the back of your closet door. Once a week you can try another peice of tape and see if it's shorter than the first. Seeing the inches helps.

ok so muscle weighs more than fat, which im sure youve heard. also, when you weighed yourself this time, you could have had more water weight. good luck, and keep up the diet!

this is probably because you have turned some fat to mucsle or gained some muscle muscle is always hevier than fat but it is a good heavy.
