first off, you cannot break it by falling off a bike. In all reality it is possible but only if you have gigantic and LONG fingers. Your hymen is deeper then you think. But when you do sometimes it is painful other times it isnt. Some women have spotting after it happens....

yes it can, if you insert it high enough....
when some people worry bout it hurting when they have sex for the first time, they break their own hymen......... not the nicest of thoughts, i know!!

Any trauma can break it. I broke mine and didn't even know it. I never bled when I first had sex. I think i broke it from horseback riding. I rode english, and there were a lot of jumps involved.
My friend broke hers playing soccor. she fell forward and the heel of her cleat hit her vag. ouch.
But i don't know if they finger can reach it with enough force....

Yes, if it is occludes most of your vaginal opening or if your opening is very small. You can sometimes prevent this by slowly stretching the tissues instead of just sticking your fingers in.
