The police see the worst in people on a daily basis.The police department is made up of human beings who are doing a difficult job.Unfotunately like anything else ,only the bad apples get the press.It is a thankless and dangerous job which the public,more often than not,takes for granted.That is unless you need them.Most cops are good people trying to enforce the laws, community officers going into schools,settling neighbour and domestic disputes,traffic laws, stop drug dealing,etc.The bad apples need to be off the force.Perhaps you would like a day in their shoes and would see that the majority of their shift is repetitive and boring.Not the events of a 2 hour movie.Oh yes and reams of paperwork.At the end of their shift go home to their families and try to believe the whole community is not a toilet.That there are good people out there like you and me who are law abiding citizens.

If by ppl you mean black people (which I'm going to assume you do), ask yourself this: how many times have you seen on cops guys who try and get away, run, fight, kick, do EVERYTHING all on camera and then as soon as they are in custody they start saying the cops were beating on them for no reason? This is ridiculous and stupid and just yet another excuse to try and get yourself out of trouble, just like saying they pulled you over because you're black, even though you had drugs in the car. Come on, now...

If by ppl you mean people and by people you mean Criminals, maybe its because you resist arrest, or fight cops, or carry concealed weapons. If you didnt commit a crime you have nothing to worry about, resisting only makes the arrest harder and tougher (for you)
