The Catholic church didn't know that any of it would come to light. They did their best to kill off anyone who had the information. They just got outsmarted!

Those are gnostic tests, which are not believed to written by the people they're suppose to be by, nor are they even consistent with what those disciples believed. They were written many years after the disciples died, and there were a lot of them, one of the most famous being the Gospel of Thomas. If you do read them, you'll realize that not only are they very different than what the disciples taught, but you'll realize that none of them even so much as hint at Jesus being married to Mary Magdalene or anyone else. What you will find in Thomas is that it says that Jesus once kissed Mary Magdalene on the lips, which was really a pretty common greeting at that time. That's about it, so the DaVinci Code didn't get its theme from any of the gnostic books.

Because there is two sides... hell and heaven. If everybody knew the church people be send to hell and everybody would be nice and allways talking about good-god so they would go to heaven after-life. There are also many secrets that might aswell never to be told because of the wars. Jesus's life was a mirrecle. People were in shock. In the holly bibble there is a decoted story on all that. Words that are wiggly and scruvy are the key words.

I'm not sure which church you're referring to. Christian churches did oust the Gnostics and their writings. They had written about things that were totally off the wall and contrary to everything Christ taught. You can easily read those writings. They're all over the internet and even in local bookstores. You'll find them pretty strange right off the bat, I might add. The Book of Thomas, a Gnostic writing, states that only men can go to Heaven. Is this the type of stuff you want to read and believe?

Anyone who reads the false gospels of Judas and Mary Magdalen can see in a moment that they are poorly written, totally trashy works.

Nobody hid them. These things were simply consigned to the trash heap of history because they were no good.

Waste your time with them if you like. Perhaps then you'll be able to appreciate authentic scripture.

to Jen,
Actually GOD send a Bible to people . Church staff changed many verses in the true Bible. They used the false Bible to make an influence and wealth.for themselves.
Does the recent church staff knows the true Bible?
I doubt.

Because there is religion- what you believe bla bla bla, but then there is man. Man wrote the bible- are you going to believe everything he wrote? God didnt write it. Man made religion. They made it to what they wanted it to be.
