Matthew 24:13 he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.
when you give someone free will anytime they can sin and lose out on life.
King Solomon was told in 1Kings 3; God is saying how he loved solomon and chose him to be king. He was dear to his heart.
Then in 1Kings 11: he is turned to false god's by his pagan wives.
He took 900 wives. God was mad at him and said he hated him.
King saul was picked because he was a man agreeable to God's heart. In his later years he got to be to powerful and power corrupts. He was in the end comdemmed by god.
There are many other examples of ones who lost God's favor and blessing. That is free will.

Being saved comes with the responsibility of not sinning anymore. For those that think they can "be saved" and then continue sinning, they are in for a big surprise! In the new test you might have read quotes from Jesus saying such things as " go and sin no more"? So if you should happen to sin a second third forth time etc etc, you better be sorry for those sins and not just because you are afraid of hell. You must be sorry mainly because you have offended God.

I dont, the Bible is FILLED with warnings against turning away once you have been saved. And I've never met a "once saved always saved" believer not talk themselves into a corner. Ask one what is nessisary for salvation "Absolutely nothing but faith... faith without works" they usually say, and "you can't sin away your salvation" So then ask them if a homosexual that loves Jesus is saved, and they'll usually say no because he is still in sin... then ask "So he needs to DO something before he's saved right?" This is only one way to talk them into a corner, there are many, and even more scriptures that speak against such a teaching.

I don't either. I believe that what you do on this earth regarding the interaction with others is what will get you grace. That's why there are other people here with us because if we were alone then what use would we have for Grace? By living with everyone else here you have to have interaction so the Being that made us all will know whether or not you have earned the place you want to go when you die.

Grace is a gift, no one has been to good or to bad to recieve it, all you have to do is ask. That doesnt mean that you wont be in a lot of trouble for doing naughty things.
O and there is alot of things that our minds arent meantto know but we will when the time comes, but you can ask for knowledge to get as much as you can.
But honestly you wouldnt tell a two year old how to drive a car would you? then we arent ready either.

If you are saved, you have accepted Jesus Christ as your saviour, you receive the Holy Spirit at this time, when Jesus went to the cross, God promised not to leave us without a comforter, the Holy Spirit is that comforter, you have to truly mean it when you ask The Lord into your life, and Only God knows your heart, when you do, you are saved, The Holy Spirit is your guide through life, and you will know the truth for eternity.

ll Peter.Ch.2
20) For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21) For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22) But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
Revelation 22:18-19
REV 22:18) I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; 19 )and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.
Note: YOUR name had to be "IN" the Book, to be taken "OUT" of the Book.
This sure doesn't sound much like a "once saved always saved" to me.
.
NOW.."Once saved..can you always be saved"? Yes. But that is NOT a unconditional promise. salvation is a 2 party contract. not a "sign on the dotted line and inherit.".
.
To make this better understandable. There are "Gifts" (Of) God, and GIfts (From) God.
The gift of Salvation is FROM God. Spiritual gifts OF God, are are (irrevolkable). It tells you in Romans. The Gifts OF God, are irrevolkable. Because they are OF God.
God, can and will take back gifts FROM Him.
Don't be misled by a false deception of a "once saved, always saved" doctrine. If this were true, the Bible would not warn you of losing it, and ways to avoid it.
. Great Q*.

Psalms 3:8-Salvation belongeth unto the Lord:thy blessings is upon thy people, selah.
Once someone gets saved then they are sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise. Hebrews 1:13. Nothing can seperate us from the love of God or even pluck us out of his hand, not even us. If you can take your self out then you never got saved in first place.
Jesus knows we are going to fail and come short, but we are now in His hands and we must strive to always do whats right. If it was up to us to keep our salvation we would lose it every second cause of the flesh. Romans 8:8- says So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. We could ask God each second to forgive us but then after we prayed that we would be lost again cause of the flesh. When King David sinned He asked God to return unto him the Joy Of THY Salvation. But read Romans 8 starting in verse 1.

You will always be saved if you accept Christ into your heart. We are all not perfect, and God knows this.
He is a loving God who forgives. If you truly accept him in your heart, do your best to follow the "Word" of God, than you will always be saved.
We all are born sinners, and we all sin. It's how we love our God and repent for our sins, along with the acceptance of Christ as your Lord and savior that will ultimately save you.
But generally yes, saved once, keep Him in your heart, mind, and spirit always, and you will be saved forever.
Hope that helps!

I don't think so...because there is a scripture that says it is worse to have known the Lord and turn away than it is to never have known him ( I can't remember exactly where that scripture is found) but if it isn't possible to turn away from him..why would that scripture even be there? I believe when we sin we have to repent and some of us ( myself included) have to repent many times.
