hair shouldnt match your skin tone. if you are very fair then you may want to add some lowlights for dimention so the hair dosnt look like a flat blonde that was from a bottle.
plaitnum blonde can be pretty but you need to think of the up-keep. roots grow in and are NOT pretty to look at. alot of chemicals go in to bleach the hair so expect damage.
if you DO decide to go plaitnum, do it PROFESSIONALLY and GRADUALLY. lightly step up to the plaitnum shade, give your poor hair a break!

I feel platinum blond may be too light for your skin . I have reddish blond and I use palest blond . I have blue eyes and fair skin.and it looks fine .

Go for it, if you don't like it; you can just darken it later on. Like a week later. See a professional so its done proper.
Hope your parents agree if your under age 18. If not no worries.
