Could the Presidents announcment of moving big name terrorists to Gitmo be a ploy to draw in terrorists to try and "rescue" their comrades? I know that this is VERY, VERY conspiratorial, but think about it, that would be a classic tactic to take out some more terrorists. By the way I am a Bush supporter. Your thoughts?

Could be just that. Kind of like "come on and try it!" He's a pretty sharp guy. Too bad there is too much hate of the President on the other side of the aisle. We probably would be almost done in Iraq!

Not likley. I see it as more of a reason to keep the place open since so many people are against the place.

Unlikely. I doubt even terrorists would stupid enough to attack a US military base located on a island ruled by a hostile fascist dicator.

They'd have to fight Cuban forces just to get within firing range of US forces....

No I think he's responding to political pressure to get the prisoners out of the secret prisons and to begin some legal process for them.

I buy the military tribunal angle....I'm sure they have been fully "milked" of any info...now time to pay the piper....
