Make sure you tell the person who is going to do your hair. You might even want to try a reschedule for tomorrow and then tonight lightly oil your scalp. good luck

A good salon and beautician will test spot first, to see if the perm will burn .

Ask them to check you scalp before they apply any chemical to it. Some beauticians have aloe vera or similar gel to cover the affected area so it won't burn. Good luck.

P.S. Plan B would be to wait til your scalp heals before proceeding with your perm.

It wont burn if you have not irritated your scalp by scratching it, or if you have sensitive scalp and the chemicals touched the scalp it will cause burning.

IF YOU SCRATCHED AND CUT YOU SKIN OPEN IT WILL BURN REGARDLESS AND IF YOU HAVE A SENSITIVE SCALP AS WELL. HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE GOOD HAIR SO THEY WON'T LEAVE IT IN THERE THAT LONG .BUT THEY SAY THEY SHOULD TAKE IT OUT IF IT BURNS TO BAD OR YOU WILL GET SORES

lol im not sure if we get the same kind of perm but putting vaseline on your neck and forehead stops it from itching/burning.

it probably depends on the amount of time you leave the perm in your hair.

I would do it a different day because your scalp is already irritated
