Hi! We created the need for an outside God, as the first man thought he was naked, felt guilt. Instead of knowing that God and man is one being, man felt he needed a god that he formed as an archetype, a god of the conscience, that caused the terrorism the murder, bloodshed and the fanaticism we see in the earth today. God said; "Who told you that you were afraid, who told you you were naked." Ever since, we see murder done in the name of this archetype, known as Allah, as Yahweh, and in case of Catholicism we see the worship of Mary. All these concepts are formations of fear, the need to sacrifice by blowing our self's up such as we see in Islamic fanaticism or as USA so called Christian evangelic worship, it is all the same imagination, gods formed with mind that do not even exist.

Priests created gods, so that they wouldn't have to do any honest work. If 100 people in an area have about the same income and each gives 10% (tithing) of his to a priest, that priest will have as much as any 10 people combined. He promises them "Pie in the Sky By & By". That's a safe con game, for no one returns after dying to demand his money back. What is sad about con games is that the ones who are conned the worst are the strongest defenders of the con artists.

Where are you, you are lost, you need to start reading and taking in what you read, listen to the teachers of the word, and truly understand the meaning of the invalid question you are asking, We never created God, God created us, and we are blessed to have God in our lives, as a loving, merciful God, who sent Jesus, so that we could be forgiven our sins, God protects us from evil, and believe me, it is all aroung, we don't see it, because God protects us, I'm not talking about the evil, we do to one another, I am talking about something so bad, that we don't ever want to come face to face with.

"We" create god(s) because there is a part of us that knows something bigger is out there. Since we do not know what that is, we create a god(s) in our image or idea of what a god(s) should be. The creator God became flesh like us to show us who He is, but we again rejected Him.

Because "we" (or as I like to call it, "they") were affraid of being alone in the world. They created a being that you couldn't see, but if you let yourself believe in it, you would always feel like it's around. Then it came to the point where "God" was a perfect being that people worked all their lives to be like so that when they died, they could become one with "Him".
