How old are you? Teenage or young twenty women can experience occasional spotting between periods and not be concerned. It's just your body adjusting to hormones. However, once you're past those early day, then spotting between periods is something to be checked out with your doctor. .

Well, for one who has a very odd cycle (sometimes I have 'friends' once a year.), I can tell you that people always have different types of cycles. The reason for your differences in your cycle could literally be because of a number of different things. It could be something as simple as your diet. Do you see a gynecologist once a year? If you do, wonderful. Ask your doctor about your concerns. If you don't, its time to schedule an appointment and discuss your concerns.

Your period could be acting weird, but that's normal. It's fine to have that, some people have their periods to last almost two weeks and you basically have to be ready for your period at any time since periods are always whacky until you get your menopause.

Its totally normal. Unless your having weird colored discharge and pain. Your period can last up to 7 days and still have spotting afterwards so your actually lucky to be one of those girls who only have it for 4/5 days...biatch..lol

Sometimes women will bleed during ovulation, so it is possible that could have happened.
