Where can I find good demi,semi,and permanent hair dye?
For colors like:red,green,blue,purple,pink,hot pink,violet (colors that aren't natural!!)
I've heard Hot Topic but that doesn't seem like good dye...

Sally Beauty Supply. Hot Topic is the same stuff, It is good. not many companys to choose from if a few make a good product.

just go to an actual beauty supply store. Believe it or not, they actually have those cool colors : )
