They won't be preachers if they don't. The more they denounce sins, the more sinners give them money

what is not available to everyone, sin or the ability to repent? As far as I know everyone can sin and everyone can repent for there sins, excuse me I denounce.

Sin IS available to everyone. Human beings are born with a "sin" nature. The only cure is the application by faith, of the atonement of the Blood of Jesus Christ, sacrificed for every human being.
Some people call it being "born again". It involves turning away from one's desire to do wrong, no matter what form that "sin" takes, and turning to Jesus Christ.
