I spent a bit of time searching the web for a bet exchange and it seems to me that the one that comes closest to it is this downloadable application called BetBug.

It seems like a good idea to be able to set my own odds and not have to trust a sports book with my money. Has anyone here used it? What do you think of it?

BetBug (www.BetBug.com) is a reliable service and this will be my third football season using it. Here is what is good:
- there are always odds posted,
- There is no bookie, I bet against other persons on the network
- I can post my own odds (My odds get filled most of the time if my odds are fair)
- I have always been paid out on time

Here is what is bad:
- It is a download. So it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get the app running. Sometimes, I am at a different computer and I have to download the app again.
- no European soccer (although, I am told it is coming soon).
