Its not like your religion is perfect?

Ok, i am a muslim and all i hear is people insulting my religion and insulting the prophet's name and how my religion is incorrect... Well i have a question? Do u think christianity is perfect? You believe that Jesus is God's son because a group of his followers declared that he was God and voted on it at the Council of Nicaea... Did Jesus every say he was god? If he did point me in that direction... Also is it not true that the injil (bible) was edited and translated from greek to latin and then to english etc... Do u not think there are some mistakes in translations? One user from this site says there are errors in the quran... Well let me tell u something...the quran has been kept in its Arabic language and the English translations are just "interpetations." I will admit in Islam there are some things we did bad. However, dont go prancing around like christianity is perfect... ( i can go on and on about how corrupt the vatican was)

What would you call a person who denies another's beliefs, would that be considered insulting! How about when the Muslims deny the fact that Jesus was Crucified, and what the christians believes he is! Is it not insulting to the Christians! Muslims insults all religions, and they refer to all who are not Muslims, as Nijs, is that Insulting!
How about the cities Maaca and Medina! why aren't people who are not muslims are unable to enter! is that prejudice!
How about the people who calls for the death of the people of the book! is it not insulting and cruel!
how about the claim that Islam want to convert the whole world into Islam! is not some what like socialism in the religion sector, and when it comes to Islam! religion and politics is one and the same!
I have been to many churches and not one anyone incited hate, yet I have been to several mosques and they almost always incited hate, and or objection toward others, mainly the people of the book, and these days it always ends up with " death to American, death to Englan etc."
Christianity is not perfect and neither is Islam. We all are imperfect, and we should try to do our best, to be as much as possibly human perfect. Christianity and Islam Killed so many in the name of God, and still do. Islam has many faults, but because you are one, you tend not to notice them, or just rather not to face the reality that Islam as well is imperfect. Would you call the riots over cartoons and the death of many people a perfect Muslims? many died and many more suffer over the view of few people. Perfect! no far from it.
Jesus did say it many times. ex. 'the father and I'. ' I am and the father are one. among many more'. Try and read the Bible, to learn and under, not to convert. Then you will see that what you hear is hateful ways to dislike or hate others different than you. Your own Prophet learned the Bible from his wife's cousin. Why do you think he did that!
It is written in your Quran that Jesus Christ will come and judge us all! have you ever considered why it would be him, and not your prophet!
The Injil, the Bible was translated several times. From Hebrew to Armanic, to Greek, to latin, to German, to Slavic, and to many many more. It has been translated many times for the masses to know the religion, and understand it. Have you heard of the Dead sea Scrolls. If there are mistakes, I wouldn't know! Would you know if there mistakes in the Quran! Likely not!
The Quran has many mistakes in it. The center of the Universe is Earth, you know that is wrong! The sun set in a murky water! the stars are missiles to shot down the demons, among many others. Even if the Quran was not translate, it does have many mistakes in it. All of us are not prefect, including WADR your Prophet Muhammad.
We all something really bad, and we still are doing something really bad. Would you consider killing people while declaring the name of God is not bad! how about forcing people to convert! We all are guilty of bad things in our history. Others can go on and on how the Muslims are corrupt. Why is it country that is rich with so much oil the upper class all living the high life, while the lower class can hardly feed their family! Corruption! Arafat was a very wealthy man, and now his wife and kid is, that because he stole the Palestinian money, and pocketed so much to himself. Saddam was not only cruel, but corrupted rich man. the President of Egypt, rich man, while many of his people are living below poverty life! why is it the Muslims world are not living so well, while their leaders are living the best life!?!

If you think people hate you, then open your heart and mind and try to understand all people as much as you can, and never judge others, so you might not be judged.

Knowing who Jesus is, comes only by revelation. But I will drop you a clue. The verse below as a clue in it and that clue is the word
" Lord " . People say it all the time Jesus is Lord, not knowing what it is saying. The word "Lord " as a meaning, it is defined below.

1co 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. ( by revelation )

Jesus is Lord, should read Jesus is God.

Last but not least. There's this verse. 1ti 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Who was made flesh? Who laid down his own life on a cross, and was received up into glory. Is wasn't Allah was it? No, it wasn't, it was none other than the God of creation, himself. Jesus Christ. The same creator who created Allah.

Unfotunatley, theres haters out evrywhere but they have a right to their opinion. This sort of discussion should be held as a theological debate at some Interfaith meeting. But there should be no utter antagonism and hate between people, we are all fellow human beings.

Good stereotyping, there.

Not "all" Christians hate "all" Muslims. At the last lecture on Islam that I attended, there were many Christians in the room, including myself, who wanted to learn more in a respectful and open environment.

I belong to a church that has never once cut down Muslims and their religious beliefs, so please don't accuse all Christians of being intolerant.

I've heard plenty of Muslims cutting down Christianity, and I can tell you that disrespect is unacceptable, regardless of which side it comes from.

You have a point...the evils that the Vatican endorsed are legion, from slavery to the inquisition to turning a blind eye to the Nazi atrocities to endorsing Mussolini's troops killing 250,000 Ethiopians....the list goes on and on. Christ said not to worry about the splinter in your brother's eye until you take the beam out of your own. Good point...but there will always be those who thrive on hate...don't know why, but that seems to the way it is.

I agree. all organized religion is not perfect. be it Islam, Christian Jew or Hindu. no persons religion is right, they all have faults, and they all have good.
