i would cut it off and spike it and then color it purple!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just above the shoulder, get rid of the gray and go with a nice soft brown color with maybe a tint of red.

id give her a straight perm and layers it would look so kewl n for color id go light blonde with darker blonde highlights
