Theres this girl who i really like at work. Iv sorta told her i like her in a joke but not really been direct as i dont wanna scare her away. Im not really sure how to go about it, i really like her.
Please give me some hints/tips.

built a great friendship...and go out together 'as friends'...but make sure you act like a boyfriend without the touching...kinda confusing but i think you get it....

talk to her and tell her. Ask her to go out sometimes.
