Isn't it funny? I keep hearing there are no jobs available. The truth is most Americans want big bucks for minimal effort, or better yet, a free ride on the backs of workers.
Most are lazy and feel a job that causes sweat or dirty fingernails is beneath their self imposed dignity.
Many more are on the public dole while earning cash under the table.
And, getting away with it. Americans are freedom loving people, and nothing says freedom more than "getting away with it."

Where do you live man, take adrive out to where the stuff is grown. Northern California for example. You'll see all these people lying down on bike like deals picking up ground fruits and veggies. Grapes and strawberries must be pluck or they get smashed. Also machines don't know when each and everything being picked whether it's rip or not. It isn't like picking cotton, corn, wheat or nuts. I admit these are picked more effeciently and cost effective, but not everything.

Where in the hell do you people live that don't see white people working at hot sweaty dirty jobs.Ive been all over this country and I see, carpenters, construction workers ,rail roads, excavation ,oil field workers both on and off shore, garbage workers, you name it Ive seen white men and white women doing it.We aren't lazy that's a misconception,we are industrious and creative .we are the most hard working because its ours.we get paid for our labor and yes we place a high value on that labor .I know I'm worth more money than some unskilled grunt laborer illegal. damn right I am .But my grandparents were farmers ,they did all the work on 3 sections of land, they hired seasonal help but it was local people or harvesters that came and did the harvesting for all the farms.I worked there as a teenager ,hard hot dirty work .it taught me that I wanted more so I got a full ride scholarship to a great college and I learned all I could and I bettered my prospects so that I don't have to do that kind of work anymore. There's no shame in hard work,America is full of hard working Americans.

Well I guess I live in the old times because my family has a farm which we pick produce and bail hay. Even the teens are wanting high wages so they can afford those expensive clothing labels. We've turned into a materialistic country where the name of the brands we use means social status.

Its basically the same thing as saying who is going to do all the construction when the illegals are gone. White people are so lazy and its is rare to see white people slaving out in the hot sun. White people just don't want to do that kind of work. It is stupid to say white people need the illegals jobs because they could get these jobs but do not want to.

The flood of immigrants, both legal and illegal, from countries with poor, ill-educated populations, has yielded a mismatch between today’s immigrants and the American economy and has left many workers poorly positioned to succeed for the long term. Unlike the immigrants of 100 years ago, whose skills reflected or surpassed those of the native workforce at the time, many of today’s arrivals, particularly the more than half who now come from Central and South America, are farmworkers in their home countries who come here with little education or even basic training in blue-collar occupations like carpentry or machinery. (A century ago, farmworkers made up 35 percent of the U.S. labor force, compared with the under 2 percent who produce a surplus of food today.) Nearly two-thirds of Mexican immigrants, for instance, are high school dropouts, and most wind up doing either unskilled factory work or small-scale construction projects, or they work in service industries, where they compete for entry-level jobs against one another, against the adult children of other immigrants, and against native-born high school dropouts. Of the 15 industries employing the greatest percentage of foreign-born workers, half are low-wage service industries, including gardening, domestic household work, car washes, shoe repair, and janitorial work. To take one stark example: whereas 100 years ago, immigrants were half as likely as native-born workers to be employed in household service, today immigrants account for 27 percent of all domestic workers in the United States.

I agree and those that work agriculture are migrant workers, not illegals. We know who they are and why they are here.
