i think your full of it man. . the contender may be a bit cheesy but it gives people and there families a chance to improve there situation and gives them a second chance . anyone who has felt hard times and tried the sport of boxing could relate to that but obviously you cant. . guess you have never boxed!!!

I can feel for these guys , I really can - but boxing is a sport for a young, single man with no attachments - a boxer trains 10 hours a 10 for ten weeks before a fight, he can't wonder when he has to pick his kid up from daycare or when his wife needs to be picked up from work - it's tough for a family man to concentrate on boxing - almost all of them said it "I don't get a chance to train as much as I would like" - boxing is a full time commitment just like any other sport

Hun i'm fairly sorry that your companion achieved that to you and that i'm basically questioning in case you're on the fringe of his mom and dad in any respect the place you could confer with them approximately it and then according to possibility they might have the skill to get by to him that that behaviour became into completely unacceptable or maybe tho it became right into a humorous tale it scared the living daylights out of you to no longer point out the impression the rigidity might have on your unborn infant. Your companion does not sound like he's amazingly mature and immature human beings and weapons do exactly no longer combination and being that he grew up with weapons he truthfully could be attentive to to have greater appreciate for them and being that his dad is a pastor he could truthfully have greater appreciate for his pregnant companion. i might attempt and clarify to him returned the phobia that he placed into you and clarify that besides the fact that he thinks and treats those threats as jokes YOU DON"T and he needs to end. If he does not then confident i might truthfully think again your concern as he needless to say does not appreciate your opinion or your relationship. sturdy luck with it.

I used to love that programme. It was shown late in the UK on ITV.
I think everyone is struggling in their own way and if someone offers you a chance of having a better life that you do what you have to do in order to survive.
They must love fighting otherwise why would they put themselves through it without strongly believing that they will win?
It takes balls for a man to show his emotions esp on TV to you have to give them credit for that?

Good series, a bit fake with the way it is shown with the slowmo bits and the Sugar Ray/colleague comments during the fight. But I think you could not do it any better.
