My most cherished possession in a necklace that has a small bottle attched to it. Inside side the bottle is some of my grandfathers ashes. He passed away about 5 years ago and I wear it everyday. We weren't very close but I still feel his presence around me. When I was growing up he was always a constant in my life. My nana gave it to all of his grandchildren.

Retiree healthcare benefits and a home that is paid for. We doubled up on our mortgage payments the last couple years so by the time I retired that wouldn't be something we'd need to worry about.
