Oh my God, i think it is so freakin HOT! The whole school girl theme is my only fetish. My girlfriend has never really put her hair in pig tales for me but If I go to a strip club and on of the girls are dressed like a school girl with pig tales, she will have my attention all night. I have yet to do it, but I would love to have sex doggy and hold on to the pig tales while we do our thing... lol so hot!

All the guys i know think its hot. Makes you look like a sexy lil teenager that they wanna hop on, guys seem to like it ALOT.

it's still considered the little girl look, but some girls do carry it well.
it really depends on the girl. i've seen some girls with it and it just looks *wrong*, too much like a little kid (especially if braided). if its unbraided and the girl can carry it well... it can be *VERY* sexy.

I think they are, but it also depends on the environment you are wearing your hair like that in. Costume party, definitely! Business setting, NOOO!!! Having sex, HELL YEAH!!!! So depending on what you are going for it can be good and it can be bad...
