Sorry I can't help you because I don't know what popyaler is. =P Yahoo is popular because you can talk to people from all over the world, they have email accounts, they have game sites, news updates and they have yahoo answers where people like you can ask any random or stupid question and get answers. And it's all for free.

for one it is popular and it isn't that popular but it is beacsue of the games and kid sites on ehre and the pictures and ifnormationt that you can look up on here!..they also have this thingy mabob which is yahoo. Q's and A's.so i hope that answered your question!!!
