What scriptures are good for a Cincuentanera--that is, a 50th birthday party?

I'm looking for Bible quotes for a woman turning fifty, who is:
1) never married and childless.
2) married with children.
3) any other situation.

I turn 50 on 12/21/06.

Happy Birthday! (early)
Don't have any quotes, but I'd like to see the Cincuentanera trend catch on. Makes a lot more sense to me than a Quincenera (hope I spelled it right)
