sure but keep it light cuz you don't want to break up with him before the dance!

No you are not dating yet. Im guessing though that this is someone that you want to be dating. I would recommend that you keep things casual with him but try and get together before the dance as well. Even if its just a group thing. Not only will it help both of you see if their is a relationship that you want to pursue but it will also make the 29th easier because you both will feel more comfortable about it.

Just because you both are going to a dance together doesn't mean you are automatically dating. Do you think that maybe he feels that way? If you think that maybe hes getting the wrong idea than nicely let him know. If you want the two of you to be dating than I would figure that out after the dance. Good Luck!!! Hope I answered your question.

well just because your going on a date doesnt mean your "dating". you might want to find out how he feels if he is interested in you like a girlfriend or just thinks you will be a fun date for that particular dance

No. The dating starts with the dance. And it could end then, too.

I think to date you have to go on a series of dates. you better do it now because the 29th is a couple weeks away because then you will have an even better time w/ him. have fun!!!!!

No, you are planning a date. Dating would require multiple encounters together, not sexual. Just being together, going to a movie, the park, or whatever kids do these days.

no. dating = more than one date. you're just going to the dance together. you'll have to see where it goes from there.

i would say that you are not dating but that you are going on a date that has the possibility of becoming something more. if you like this guy then you need to let him know. good luck.
