Actually, the more I look into science, the stronger my faith gets!

Are dinosaurs not animals?

Remember: To God one day is like a thousand years and a thousand years like one day!

Some Scientist have their own ideas. Oh yes it does mention in the Bible about animals. Where in the Bible have you read that God did not make dinosaures ? Why was it not possible for Mary to become pregnant ? There is no Church who says that there is no God. I am also so happy to hear that you are not disagreeing with people who have faith, then way down deep in your Holy Spirit you wonder too. Well have Faith !! Why then is there no life on any of the other planets ? Why is Earth so beautiful and lively ? It is called Life. God created the Heavens and the Earth and all the Creatures there in. Science doens't know it all . They believe other wise and I firmly believe most of the are atheists. SO you and I can understand why the Science works all the time to shoot down our Blessed beliefs in or Lord Jesus Christ. Why is Earth the only planet that contains air that we can breath. If that isn't a miricle, then I don't know what is. I hope and pray that you too, can obtain the Faith that so many of the Christians believe in. What have you got to loose. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and Thou Shalt be SAVED . Take care and may God bless you, Always.

I think that's an excellent question.

The main difference between Religion and Science is the type of system catagory they fall into;

Religion = Faith Based

Science = Experimentation based

Science has not proven 100% that God creating the world is false.
Religion has not proven 100% that God created the wolrd.

In order for science to produce what we know of as fact, they must use physical properties tested against other physical properties which result in a physical action or reaction I should say.
Science has not the means to test the spiritual as it is not a physical property of which any action or reaction can be observed. when they attempt to do this a theory is all they can come uo with, which is pretty much an educated guess, but not 100% proof.

Religion was never intended to prove anything, though there are some who claim that what is written in the Bible is 100% accurate, which can ONLY be an opinion as they have no proof besides the Bible in any scientific sense.

The only justification the Church, any church, can claim is that of Faith, or in other words to believe or not. Miracles are that which defy natural law, but there in no proof either way that those events did or did not happen.

Now, this happens to be my personal opinion, as yours may differ.

This is not so much an answer to your question as it is a refraction of it. Assuming there were a God who created all things, it would not be above Him to cause Mary to be pregnant at His own will. Think of it this way...if a woman has surgery to place sperm in with her egg, can she get pregnant while still never having had sex? Sure she could...a virgin birth. Biologically possible for man, how much more so if God does exist?

There is no "proof" that God creating the world is false. There may be observations that have been made that make man interpret the Biblical account as inaccurate, but until you can perform repeatable tests that prove that God DID NOT create the world, then there is no proof. Because it is a past event, none can perform tests based on this, thus none can scientifically experiment on it. On the flip side, none can prove that God created the earth either, since it can not be repeated in scientific tests.

actually science tends to agree with the bible. Alot of creationists believe in the big bang. We just see that it couldn't have happenned so perfectly w/o a designer. Things do not just pop into existence without a cause. If you hear a loud "bang", something had to make that bang. You can't possibly think that the bang happened just because. Someone would need to start this bang. You don't worry about a kangaroo apearing in your bedroom while you sleep out of thin air. That is because it is impossible. It would take an entity that didn't need to follow the rules of physics. Same applies to the virgin birth. Also the book of Job talks about dinosaurs. Most of these dinosaurs died after the great flood. This is where the earth started cooling down, due to the fact that the firmament fell from the sky. This was a layer of water that surrounded the earth and kept the entire earth very warm.

How can you belive in God when . (easier than believing in men!). .?
There is science (WHERE? all the scientists I have heard have come to the conclusion, there is a CREATOR) that proves that god created the world is false (the world would rather believe men than God.) We have fossils that prove dinosaures walked the earth which are not mentioned in the bible (Look for the word leviathan!!!
“Dinosaur” Names, Then and Now
Name and date first written in the Bible Scientific Name (best estimate) and date the name appeared
tanniyn (dragon) before 1400 BC dinosaur 1841 AD
behemoth before 1400 BC brachiosaurus 1903 AD
Leviathan before 1400 BC kronosaurus 1901 AD

And it is biologically impossible for Mary to get pregnant (Nothing is impossible with GOD! God made Mary, surely He can cause her to conceive). I am not disagreeing with people having faith (it sure sounds like you are) but want to know how the church justifies such hard evidence (hard to find- you mean) God does not exist. (It is not up to the church to justify anything. It is up to the individual to justify these things within himself.)

The fool has said in his heart, there is no God.

Dinosaurs are mentioned in the Bible in Job.
Is there really such a science?Real science facts can be observed and repeated.Evolution has NEVER been proven by scientific means.
Fossils are proof of Noah's flood.
Evolution goes against the scientific LAW that "All things tend toward disorganization." The fact that things never get better on their own, logically proves there must be an Intelligent Designer.
And if He wanted Mary to bear the savior He could do it since he created everything and sustains it.

firstly the bible in genesis 1vs1 says that in the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth and everything in it,so here as far as i am concerned the word everything also included the Dinosaurs even if they were not mentioned directly.i also believe that the evidence given by the fossils testifies of the fact that in the beginning for sure God did create the heavens and the earth and everything in it.
Secondly if the God who is the creator hadnt made life then biology would not have been there and so as the giver of life i think He is the Creator of biology and so He is the evidence that Mary got pregnant because it was by His Holy Spirit that Mary got pregnant

I think the whole point of God is that he goes beyond Science. he's soo wonderfull and powerfull that no matter how hard Scientists try, they will never accurately explain all of Gods wonderfull creation... You should be asking 'how does the bible justify such hard evidence?', and the answer being God said that there would be people that try and turn your beliefs (i.e Scientists) but you have to know what you believe, basically... so i think there's no point in asking, just stick with what you believe and move on.

the darwin theory is no longer believed as strongly as before...do you really think youre an accident with no real purpse or identity in this life?

there was a flood in the bible which accounts for ageing of things and thus suggests the world doesnt have to have been here millions of years.

if God has performed miracles which people have witnessed, then why couldnt he do the same for Mary (he did)

Science proves that the Bible's version of history and prehistory is, shall we say, not to be taken literally. It does not actually disprove the existence of a creator that kick-started the whole shebang. There are various religious sites that try and get around the evidence (if you stick 'creation theory' into google you can get some corkers but see Richard Dawkins for some strong atheistic counterarguments) but I think that having faith in any god precludes the need for evidence - isn't that what 'having faith' means?
