I am not sure what is in that particular brand but I use this one. Hope this is what you wanted!!

Swiss Muesli

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons wheat germ
½ cup water
¼ cup low fat milk
1 apple, grated and combined with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons of sultanas
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (or chopped almonds)
1 cup fresh fruit of your choice
½ cup low fat natural yogurt
ground cinnamon


Method


Combine oats, wheat germ, water, milk, apple, honey, sultanas and
sunflower seeds in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, sprinkle muesli over fruit. Top with yogurt and sprinkle
with cinnamon.
Serves 4.
5g fat per serve.

I used to have it written down, but I swallowed it. The paper tasted better than the muesli.
