Ii like about all kinds of food, love to try different kinds, I love sea food, but it sure don"t like me.You've got that old southern cooking, Italian, lots of different ethnic foods. I am getting hungry just thinking about them.

there's nothing world diverse than Italian cuisine. Its really regional italian cooking, because if u go to sicily, vs. if u go to the Piemonte region of Italy, u'd get two distinguishably different "themes" of cooking. Pasta of course is AWESOME (love gnocchi) and a caprese salad, or aka as a tomato-mozzarella salad, are EXCELLENT -----huge slices of beefsteak tomatoes, big slices of mozzarella, pesto, pine nuts, basil, olive oil, UNBELIEVEABLY GOOD!!! YUMMY
