2day @ school this guy i know sat next to me and my friend says "she likes u" and i said "no i dont were just friends" he was quiet the rest of the day he talked to everyone execpt me and when id talk to him he gave me this weak kinda "i feel like crap right now "smile

That can hurt sometimes when a girl just flat out says no i dont like you and if you said it loud that the whole class can hear. but dont stress it give him a day or two he will get over it. Maybe next time at class bring him something cool just to show no hard feelings

I doubt that he hates you, just possibly feels arkward about things, maybe a little embarassed (it's always tricky talking to friends who've turned down the offer of something more htan a friendship- I know that myself). You can't even be sure that he was interested in more than a friendship- he might just be embarassed about being misread, or doesn't want to create the wrong impression. He might even be shy about the prospect of everyone talking about a relationship between you two.
Go talk to him. See what he feels.

Well, if you answered very quickly, he maybe both embarassed and disappointed. Embarassed by the question and by how quickly you dismissed the idea and him. Disappointed / hurt cause it sounds like he may like you and now thinks you obviously have no interest in him. I would suggest taking a bit more time to think about what you say and how other people might feel about it.

It sounds like he definately likes you and he's dissapointed in your comment (don't feel bad, you didn't do it to hurt him, you didn't know). If you do have any interest in him then take a chance, you know he likes you, but if you want to keep it just friends then tell him honestly, don't let him overhear it while you're talking to your friends. he might've been really embaressed, yes being "friends" is not really devastating but it does hurt. Unless its some childhood friendship (and even then) there has to be some reason why he's spending time withn you. More then likely he did like you, and you basically said you don't like him. It hurts. You should at least apologize IMO

look, this happened to me, but the girl i like was looking at me, and i liker her, so i was talking when she was around, but i went silent when she came by, ughh, i want for her to be with me, and i know i have the potential, but she might be set up on another guy =( so now i'm trying my best to get her, even if i don't, i'll heartbroken, and keep trying, and that's already happened
