Being born again is a spiritual rebirth not a physical birth.
The most difficult part is admitting that you are a sinner in need of Christ. Our pride gets in the way and most people can't do it.

Is this a serious question? It is a spiritual birth, not a physical one and it is the most wonderful experience on earth! It is like a warm blanket of love wrapping itself around you and all of your guilt, shame and sins are washed away!
