I totally agree with you.

Religion is responsible for the majority of wars, conflict and murder of innocent life since humanity began. There is considerable evidence to classify religion as evil, and talk of religion (Gods etc) should be banned. Because the records prove over and over again throughout humanity that religion is clearly responsible for crimes against humanity, taking part in any religious activity should also be outlawed and made a criminal offence.

Terrorists choose religion as their cause, not because the religion causes terrorism, but because they find it a convinient excuse. If there was no religion, the torroists wouldn't go away, they'd just pick a different cause. Probably something political. There have always been terrorists, and there always will be. By the way, some terrorism isn't based on religion. There are many small acts of terrorism, which we don't see in the news, that are based on race, sex, age etc... The terrorists will always find some excuse to do what they do.

Religion is not the cause of terrorism, terrorism is the cause of hatred and ignorance. For example many non-Arab Muslims spend their whole lives as Muslims not knowing their own holy book, because they read it in ancient Arabic, even though the Quran says that it should be read to be understood and not taken as a sport. And many non-Arab Muslims think it is a good deed to memorize the Quran in ancient Arabic, a language they don't understand. The Quran strongly warns against hatred, hypocrisy, and killing of innocent people. And the Quran advocates fighting against oppression of religious freedom, but not to transgress when fighting.

Terrorism has many forms not just religious, there are nationalist terrorists, marxist terrorists, eco-terrorists, and narco-terrorists.

Religion is not the cause of terrorism, evil people are.
If there were no religion, some greedy, disgruntled person would kill a child just to see the look on it's face.
some evil person would rape a woman because she was not as strong as him.
Some evil person would stalk and kill a person who worked for a living because he or she was too lazy to work for his or her bread.
I am a strong person, yet I will work for my living.
I am fortunate enough to have a wife and family.
I will not use my strength to rape, murder, or rob, or hate, because Jesus does not want me to.
Guess what, you are probably going to think I am crazy. I am saying that the Holy Spirit told me this.
And I am not going to take it back.

Yes! Organized Religion with a capital 'R' is guilty of many sins, but Joe Stalin who tried to outlaw religion is one of the greatest mass murderers in history.

YES!!! Finally someone with some sense... Every war in history has religion as a backdrop... Even the current conflict in Iraq. Dont be fooled... Oil, money and all that is just the smoke screen. Im not even muslim, but i do see that there is a plot, scam, or whatever to do away with muslim rule all over the world. Honestly, i dont recall muslims ever making a fuss until some christian extremists come messing with them.
