I've been deaming of this one dude alot lately, and I have started to somewhat like him alot, but everytime me and him are aound each other, I seem to get overly shy, and don't know how to carry a conversation with him.

Shyness is not a disease...it is a part of your personality. Some guys (like me) find shy female very attractive. Work on being friendly, which doesn't keep you from being shy, and let nature take its course...even shy girls give off subtile signals.

just be 100% confident and talk to him. think about what u wanna say before you talk to him so there wont be any awkwards silent moments. guys love a girl with confidence. get to know each other more and talk more, and then i'm sure you 2 will be hanging out together before you know it. find out what he likes, and see what you 2 have in common. hey...ya never know...there's deff. a possibility you 2 hook up, but you have to tell yourself that you can do it. just breathe! do it girl!! you know that if you dont you'll regret it. you dont wanna wonder what you could have had with him. you can do it girl!! if i did it, you can. i met this guy a while ago and i was always so scared to talk to him, but he was happy that i wanted to talk to him and now we talk and chill all the time!! for real girl, take my advice!!

i've had this problem before(cept i'm a guy and i used to get this way around girls) and i gotta tell ya the best way to get over this is to join an afterschool program(if you're in school) or do a community program or something to that effect. even a play will do. trust me these days i'm not shy at all. and i used to be quite shy.

If your shy around him you probably just like him a lot. Tell him a joke or something. Or even better drop him a pick up line.

It is very normal, try to find out why he makes you so ON sure, is it only your affection? if so , then try to think that you are the best one that he can get, and start speaking to him it will work, if this is your picture believe me you are good enough for every one, just go a head but try to motivate him to start conversation. that is only possible if you are self confident.

everyone is gonna say "Just be yourself" but I know how hard that can be in this type of situation. Just talk about anything, you like this guy so much that you don't want to say anything to sound dumb, right? Just say something if anything so that you can talk, even if its dumb, he'll just think you have a sense of humor and like you even more. GOOD LUCK

ask him questions about himself. it will make you sound interested and it will keep him talking about a subject he probably enjoys. this way you will be getting to know him without putting too much of yourself out there until you feel comfortable
