If you wet your hair how long do you have to wait to put a rinse?

I wet my hair not wash it just wet it and i wanna put a rinse in my hair how long do i have to wait before i put the rinse in?

just put it in and then blow dry it and if you have a hooded dyrer sit undder it wit a plastic cap. I hope this helps.
