I heard that it is made by the same company. Any information?

All vodka is made the same. A mash (grain, potatoes, sugar, etc) is fermented. The alcohol is then distilled and ran through filters multiple times to come up with a flavorless high proof alcohol. Water is then added to bring the abv down to 40%, it's put in a fancy bottle and sold.

Grey Goose and Pinnacle vodka's both use water from french alpine mountains.
Grey Goose was originally owned and produced by the Sidney Frank Importing Co, but now is owned by Bacardi.
Pinnacle Vodka is owned and produced by White Rock Distilleries.

Yes...and no.
Most vodkas are made the same. Multple distillation of a grain or potato fermentation. Both Grey Goose and Pinnacle are made from grain, but from different distilleries.
