If you have no way to contain the cat outdoors then you have no way to keep it perfectly safe. Your kitten will only be perfectly safe if you keep it indoors. Lots of people have outside cats but these cats have shorter life spans, are more prone to disease, can be run over (even if they are not in the middle of the street) and can be killed by dogs.

Could you put your kitten in your bathroom or bedroom, during the day, to keep it away from your grandma and the other little pets?

The suggestion of confining your kitten to a room is the best one I've seen so far. But if you want to let your kitten stay outside, you could build a run with a roof on it to keep the little one safe from the dogs. Just make sure there is plenty of water and food, and shade or shelter from the rain.

Good luck!
