There are lots of jobs that are pretty physical already...

I think the general hope is activity that makes you sweat and huff for at least 20 minutes 2-3 times a week for everybody.
(In a perfect world)

If you are trying to lose weight up that to 45-60 minutes every other day.

But the good news is that regular activities, like mowing the lawn, cleaning the bathroom, and dancing all can count.

So if your job is providing you with a good work out, consider yourself lucky. You have a "two-fer".

I had a friend who worked at UPS, it got him in the best shape of his life. So I suspect you should be alright.

Keep in mind 1200 cal a day is pretty meager, if you are too strict with yourself you may not stick with it. If you want a good plan consider checking out Weight Watchers.... most people lose 1-2 pounds a week, but if you are really active you might lose 3.

I am in week 17 and have lost around 34...

Since your day is fairly active, no...don't feel you have to exercise although you might try doing something on a day off and see how you feel...a lot of people get a boost of energy from exercising, in which case that may be something you'd desire even after your work day...however start out by just eating well and if you are losing weight at a rate you're kewl with, then exercise or not as you feel the desire to...

Many of us that do exercise regularly, have relatively inactive jobs...I just about cannot lose weight without exercising, no matter how low I cut my calories...

I wish more people had a job like yours! This is great, the way you're able to be so active! All of these things you're doing are real good for your muscles, keeping you toned probably, but none of these things are keeping your heart in shape.
You might want to go to the club and do some cardio, not necessarily any weight training if you don't want to. The cardio is what you need for your heart to get stronger. You could buy a exercise bike or something like this for your home too if you don't want to go to a club.

Good on ya, two reasons you might find it hard to loose weight:

first, its not fat that would have to go, its a fair bet that the main part of your weight is pure, solid muscle, better to see a doctor that does more than weight vs height chart.

second, your wallet will be heavier than those wasters that have to go to a gym

more excercise is not the way to loose muscle.
if you are tired at the end of the day its because you have burnt all the calories

It sounds like you do plenty, it's the sedentary lifestyle that gets people in trouble. As long as you get your heart rate going you should be ok. If you don't overeat, you should be able to maintain successful weight loss and watch those calories you should stay within normal weight.
