Having a hard time understanding the question. where are you from? Here goes, if the cousin is your first cousin then the daughter will be your 2nd cousin. If the daughter is also your daughter then it will make her your 2nd cousin and your daughter. WOW that was a mouth full.

You are a First Cousin Once Removed. She has the same title as well.

2nd cousin would be the relation between your child and your cousin's daughter.

If the cousin is your first cousin, the daughter is your first cousin once removed.

Your daughter or son would be a second cousin to that girl. They share the same great-grandparents, as your cousin and you share the same grandparents. You and the girl are not on the same generational level.

If the cousin you mentioned is a second cousin, the girl is a second cousin once removed, and your child would be the girl's third cousin.

And so on...

second cousin

The words "once removed" mean that there is a difference of one generation. For example, your mother's first cousin is your first cousin, once removed. This is because your mother's first cousin is one generation younger than your grandparents and you are two generations younger than your grandparents. This one-generation difference equals "once removed."
